No Vendor Fees

We don't charge for vendor spaces because we'd rather you keep as much of your sales as possible.

Vendor Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. Vendors are selected at the discretion of Goth Swap organizers.

First Come, First Served

To keep a good variety for shoppers, vendor categories are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a category is full, we generally won't accept additional vendors selling similar items.

What You Sell

Tell us what you'll be bringing. Artists may be asked to provide examples of their work. Items should generally fit the goth, punk, metal, alternative, horror, or dark art theme of the event.

Trading

Trading is welcome as long as both parties agree.

Your Merchandise

Vendors are responsible for their own property. Goth Swap and Sugar Space Art Warehouse are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendor insurance is optional.

Leave Your Space Clean

Please clean up your area before leaving so we can continue using the venue for future events.

Be Respectful

Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. Goth Swap reserves the right to remove any vendor whose behavior is disruptive or creates an unsafe environment.
